Presented by: Peter Linder, Chairman of the Mid-Atlantic Angel Group Fund and Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of the Angel Capital Education Foundation. (Accredited Investors Only*) The session will talk about the history of angel investing. It will review typical investment types, dollar amounts and deal structure as well as will provide a primer on the investment process including deal sourcing, screening, structuring and the value of participating in angel groups.
