The Angel Venture Fair is an event created for and by active angel investors. It is a terrific opportunity for private investors to get a first look at emerging companies who are seeking funding. Additionally, since the Angel Venture Fair draws both companies and private investors from such a broad area, it is a terrific opportunity for private investors to network with other investors.

Admission is strictly for angel investors. Angel investor is defined as an individual who invests or intends to invest his or her own money in start-up companies and qualifies as an accredited investor according to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If you are a service provider, the only way to attend AVF is by becoming a sponsor. Sponsor levels start at $1,500. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Ashley at 717-238-1222.

Now is your chance to buddy up with the Angel Venture Fair. AVF is now offering a buddy program for existing investors wishing to introduce a prospective angel to the scene or looking to increase membership in their organization. The Angel Venture Fair is dedicated to educating all investors and we accomplish this with our buddy program. Here's how it works, all paid investors that register for a "Whole Conference" ticket may bring a accredited investor guest/angel group prospective member guest free of charge to attend the April 5th program. When registering be sure to purchase a buddy ticket (free of charge) and indicate the name of your guest and any angel affiliation that person might have. If you do not register your guest when you are purchasing your ticket then you must let us know by no later then Tuesday, April 1, 2010. Due to space limitations no unregistered guest will be allowed entrance to the event for free. Any unregistered guest will be charged $50 at the door if they wish to attend.

Cancellation Policy -- Cancellations and substitutions must be received by March 26, 2010. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received after March 26, 2010, or for registrants who do not attend.

Registration Policy -- AVF registrations will be prioritized as follows: Angel Investors, Accredited Investors, Qualified (Early Stage) Venture Capitalists, Institutional Investors, Technology Focused Professional Service Firms. Registrations will be accepted on a space available basis only, and are not guaranteed. AVF reserves the right to decline enrollment to any registrant.

Registration Fees -- The registration process is final when full payment is received for the event fee. All enrollment fees must be paid in advance of the event. Please note that submission of a registration via phone, fax, or online obligates the sender or attendee to the registration fee. Registration fees include all event materials, access to presentations, conference-related meals, receptions, and entertainment. Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or Checks are accepted for payment.

Transfers -- You may transfer your registration to another member of your company prior to the conference to avoid these charges. Transfer requests must be received in writing by April 1, 2010. If you are unable to meet this deadline, please bring the confirmation letter of the person you are replacing. Transfers will not be accepted at the door without receipt of this letter.
